O Le Tulafale is a contemporary drama about courage, forgiveness, and love. Saili lives a humble life with his beloved wife and daughter in an isolated traditional village on the islands of Samoa, but everything changes when he is denied his father’s chiefly status and his family plantation is threatened.
Dir/Scr TUSI TAMASESE is a Samoan filmmaker of high chiefly descent, of the Tupua Tamasese lineage. His first feature film, O Le Tulafale, was financed in part by the Samoan government and depicts Faʻa Sāmoa, the Samoan Way.
